We are looking for experienced cnc operator to join our team to work in Sweden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Requirements for candidate:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
<\/div>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of CAD\/CAM software, as well as the ability to set-up, program, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Job planning and bench layout.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Manual grinding, drilling, and milling.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Equipment testing.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Plans stock inventory by checking stock to determine amount available; anticipating needed stock; placing and expediting orders for stock; verifying receipt of stock.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Programs mills and lathes by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches; calculating requirements, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry; proving part programs.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Translate instructions into computer commands so the machines can perform the correct function.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample work pieces; adhering to international standards.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
